Drawing Nation and Newton's (2009) Four-Strands framework, teachers in this three-day workshop participated in activities for teaching and testing grammar in a communicative context. Effective activities and structures were introduced to demonstrate how student management as well as increased participation and grammar teaching objectives can be achieved in the communicative classroom.
